Prefabricated concrete panels building revitalization project

Proposal of 60-s commieblocks renovation design was made in 2014 during the work in Lviv City Council. There are a lot of this kind of buildings in Lviv and their energy efficiency and conditions are very weak. And this is a serious challenge according to the rising of energy prices.

So the general ideas of this project are:

• Facade insulation;

• New energy efficient windows and unificated balcony glassing;

• Solar panels for water heating on the roof.

Also there are new big entrance areas and public spaces for tenants on the roof.
